Metro: Weekend Work Planned For All 6 Lines

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Metro says weekend work will affect all six of the system's rail lines this weekend.

Metro say starting at 10 p.m. Friday and continuing through system closing on Sunday, red, orange, silver, blue and yellow line trains will operate every 24 minutes.

Metro says green line trains will run on a regular weekend schedule between College Park and Branch Avenue. At the Greenbelt station only, buses will replace trains on Saturday and Sunday.
