Man Who Fired BB Gun At Students Back In Police Custody
TIMONIUM, Md. (WJZ)— The man accused of firing a BB gun at high school athletes was taken into custody Thursday on a parole retake warrant.
25-year-old Christopher Swayer-Schweigman was arrested last week after police say he fired the gun at the runners from the window of his apartment near Dulaney High School in Timonium.
Two tenth-graders, one boy and one girl, were struck by pellets and injured. Police say their parents took them to hospitals for treatment.
Swayer-Schweigman was first released on Saturday when he posted $100,000 bail.
Police say he is currently being held in the Maryland Reception Diagnostics and Classification Center in Baltimore.
