Protester Arrested Last Week Confronts Baltimore Police Commissioner

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A protestor who was arrested last week, confronts Interim Police Commissioner Kevin Davis outside the courthouse of the Freddie Gray hearing on Thursday in Baltimore.

Video from our media partner The Baltimore Sun shows 21-year-old Darius Kwame Rosebrough, who's known as Kwame Rose , having a conversation with the police commissioner as protestors can be seen chanting around them.

Rose was arrested last week at the intersection of Calvert and Pratt Streets after police say he attempted to stop the free flow of traffic and falsely claiming to be struck by motorists.

He was charged with second degree assault, disorderly conduct and giving a false statement to police.
