Roads Blocked Downtown After Car Goes Into Water
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore city officials have shut down several roads in Harbor East after a car went into the water.
Divers are investigating the car underwater, according to Baltimore city's Office of Emergency Management.

Central Avenue is blocked at Fleet Street and Lancaster is blocked as Exeter as police investigate.
