MTA To Extend Light Rail Service For Orioles Fans This Sunday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – The MTA will extend Light Rail service for baseball fans traveling to the Orioles 8:05 p.m. game against the Kansas City Royals at Camden Yards this Sunday, September 13.

GETTING THERE:  Sunday Light Rail train service normally ends at 8 p.m. Since the game starts at 8:05 p.m., Light Rail will run limited trains to get fans to the game. Light Rail riders are urged to arrive to the game on time.

GETTING HOME:  The last Light Rail trains leaving Camden Yards Station going northbound to Hunt Valley Station and southbound to BWI Airport and Cromwell Station/Glen Burnie will depart one hour after the game ends up until 11:30 p.m. If the game goes beyond 11:30 p.m., the last and final trains heading north and southbound will depart Camden Yards Station at 12:30 a.m., regardless if the game has ended.

You can get to the game on Light Rail for $1.70 one-way, $3.40 round trip or $4 for a Day pass.

Customers are urged to listen for PA announcements and read electronic signage at Light Rail platforms for updated schedule information.
