WEATHER BLOG: Beautiful Weather Continues

High pressure will begin to drift to the mid-Atlantic coast tomorrow and then gradually shift offshore Friday and Saturday. Current warm and comfortable weather patterns will continue through the first part of the weekend. A cold front that will produce some strong to possibly severe t-storms in the north-central United States will weaken and lose moisture as it heads our way due to lack of support. The frontal passage will likely occur here by Sunday morning or midday, possibly bringing a shower to the region. High pressure will then build into the region behind that boundary by Monday morning.
