WEATHER BLOG: Feeling Like Fall

We are feeling the effects of the cooler and drier air left in the wake of a cold front that passed through the region late Friday. Surface high pressure has built into the area and will dominate our weather pattern through the start of the work-week with plenty of sunshine. An approaching cold front will sweep through our area on Tuesday bringing us our next chance for rain. Ahead of this next cold front, southerly flow will return on Monday as high pressure slides east. This will allow temps to moderate approximately 5 degrees above average on Monday.
