Another Candid Conversation With Orioles GM Dan Duquette
Orioles General Manager, Dan Duquette, joined the show to give us an idea of what this offseason may hold for the organization and their loyal season ticket holders. Dan agrees with the guys' assessment of this offseason being the biggest for the O's in recent memory, however that the free agent market is and has been overplayed. He also says that often times, spending the most doesn't equal a pennant but that the Birds will have a significant budget to work with this year. When asked about his priorities for the offseason, Dan says pitching and power hitting are paramount with the bullpen following right behind. The guys also spend some time discussing the depth of the O's farm system, which has impressed Duquette.
