Manny Machado Named Rawlings Gold Glove Finalist
Manny Machado has been named a 2015 Rawlings Gold Glove finalist at third base.
The Rawlings Gold Glove Award, usually referred to as the Gold Glove, is the award given annually to the Major League Baseball players said to have exhibited superior individual fielding performances at each fielding position in both the National League and the American League. Players are voted for by the managers and coaches in each league.
Eighteen Gold Gloves are awarded each year, one for each of the nine positions in each league.
Winners will be announced Nov. 10 at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN.
