5 People Hospitalized For Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

ABERDEEN, Md. (WJZ) -- Five people were taken to the hospital for signs of carbon monoxide poisoning in Harford County.

Fire and EMS said the gas came from a generator running in the basement.

The fire department tested the air and says the carbon monoxide readings were more than 10 times the acceptable limit.

All five people has non life-threatening exposure to gas.

In April, a family of eight died from carbon monoxide poisoning in Queen Anne's County.
