Orioles Closer Zach Britton Joins The Hot Stove Show

Orioles closer Zach Britton joined Jim Hunter and Roch Kubatko to discuss the 2015 season and if he could move into the rotation for the 2016 season.

Zach Britton followed his great 2014 season with a 2015 season that some could argue was better. Despite a slightly higher ERA, Britton still saved 36 games in 2015 and was named to the American League All-Star team. Britton also finished with a 4-1 record and struck out 79 batters in 65.2 innings of work. When asked about his midset as a closer, Britton replied "I treated every inning the same. I do have to navigate the one run leads a little bit different than coming in with a bigger lead."
