Terps Roll Through The Huskies, Chris Knoche Joins Us To Talk About It

Chris Knoche, from the Terrapins Radio Network, joined us to discuss the Maryland men's eight victory of the season, this one over the Huskies of UConn.

Knoche was very impressed with freshman Diamond Stone, who has taken criticism early on in the season, and checked into the game to a cascade of boos from the crowd at MSG. The guys agree that with some hard work in the weight and film rooms, Diamond could turn into a force to be reckoned with.

Maryland's defense, particularly on the perimeter, also impressed Chris. The Terps held Connecticut to just 22 first half points. Melo Trimble was a high point for Maryland, scoring 25 points to lead all scorers.
