Suspicious Package Reported Near Hopkins Is Unfounded

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police say the call of a suspicious package on the Johns Hopkins campus was unfounded.

Police say they received a call about a suspicious FedEx package at around 9 a.m. Sunday.

An official said that it is police policy to treat all calls of that nature seriously and like there is an actual threat until proven otherwise.

The actual contents of the package are not known.
