John Eisenberg Joins Sports Rehab To Recap Ravens Season

John Eisenberg of the Baltimore Sun joined Sports Rehab to recap the 2015 season for the Baltimore Ravens.

The Baltimore Ravens finished the 2015 season with a 5-11 record after a 24-16 week 17 loss to Cincinnati Bengals. It's the Ravens worst record since the 2007 season. While the Ravens players cleaned out their lockers in Owings Mills, the front office will now spend the remaining weeks looking toward the NFL Draft and free agency. One of the biggest questions heading into the offseason is what will the Ravens do with the contract of quarterback Joe Flacco.

Flacco, who was placed on season ending injured reserve after the teams Week 11 loss to St Louis, has an estimated salary cap hit of $28.1 million in 2016. When asked about the prospect of Flacco and the Ravens brass re-working his contract, Eisenberg replied "$28 million is not a workable number so I expect they'll get something worked out at a much cap friendlier number."
