Mike gave the offensive line a grade of B- saying "the Ravens protected Mallett well in the first half when they had a running game, but the Bengals started getting more pressure in the second after the Ravens abandoned the run."

On the defensive side of the ball Mike started by grading the line with a B- saying "end Timmy Jernigan and nose tackle Brandon Williams had strong games, but they also failed to hold their gaps at times." Mike gave the linebackers a grade of B- and said "C.J. Mosley made some plays and pressured the quarterback but struggled again in pass coverage...fellow inside linebacker Daryl Smith might have played his worst game as a Raven." The secondary received a grade of C+ with Mike saying "they missed a lot of tackles."

Finally Mike gave the special teams a grade of B+ and the coaching staff a grade of B with Mike saying "with a team that was trying to play spoiler, coach John Harbaugh got a strong effort on the road in the last game of the season."
