Woman Dies In 9-Car Accident In Prince George's County

LARGO, Md. (WJZ) -- A woman has died after she was involved in a nine-car pile-up in Prince George's County, WUSA9 reports.

According to Prince George's County police, who are assisting Maryland State Police with the crash, say it happened on eastbound 202 at Lottsford Rd. in Largo on Thursday morning.

WUSA9 reports 53-year-old Angela Jefferson was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries, but later died.  Three others were transported with minor injuries.

Police continue to investigate the accident.
