Police In Hagerstown Searching For Missing Girls

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (WJZ)—Police in Hagerstown are asking for the public's help in locating two missing girls.

Tikira Bayani King and Sincere Noel Fulcher, both 12-years-old, were last seen leaving the 400 block of N. Potomac St., apartment # 4 in Hagerstown on Friday night at 5:00 p.m.

Tikira is described as 5'4", 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt with black sleeves, black stretch pants that have pink and grey hearts on them and black boots.

Sincere is described as 5'3", 165 pounds, brown eyes and black and red braided hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black pea coat style jacket with hood and sneakers that are lime green/black.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of King and Fulcher are asked to call the police at 240-313-4350.
