Family Welcomes Baby In The Middle Of The Blizzard
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- In the midst of all the snow, one family got a special surprise.
Baby Owen was born Saturday at Medstar's Franklin Square Hospital at 5:49 a.m.
Mom Robyn Welch and Dad Brian Joyner were taken to the hospital via ambulance.
Franklin Square has several babies born during the blizzard.
