VIRAL VIDEO: Howard County Principal Has Snow Day Fun

COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ) --If you've been a little stir crazy in Baltimore this week, you're not alone.

Schools are closed, but in Howard County, one principal decided to go in anyway.

Ron Matz reports the results are a video that's become a big online hit.

Sean Martin, principal at Waterloo Elementary in Columbia, had a principal snow day on Monday, while students were enjoying time off with their families.

Martin posted the video on YouTube -- and showed students and families what happens when a principal takes a snow day.

From playing out the epic lip sync scene in the movie "Risky Business," to trying to make a overhead basketball shot in the gym, to serving up sloppy joes, to making a mess (and then getting caught) and even making a snow angel -- Martin has fun in the empty elementary school.

He also thanked the schools custodial staff for getting the building prepared for the students' return.

That wasn't the only school-related viral video that went popular this week.

Bob Mosier, the spokesman for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, made a spoof of Adele's 'Hello" to announce another school closure earlier this week.
