WEATHER BLOG: Pretty Calm Through Sunday

Hi Everyone!

Ya know what is amazing..all that rain yesterday knocked the wind out of the snow mounds area wide, and it still looks like we had a foot of snow! Ok, down from the 30" look of earlier this week, but still…

Now it appears to be pretty calm through Sunday as we have already discussed.

Looking ahead we have a series of Lows that the models suggest will form along the coast early next week. Monday there might be, and right now it is only a mention, of a bit of rain mixed with some wet snow. That, though, appears to be a "swing and a miss" when it comes to a "big event" as that Low looks like it wants to move out to sea.

But it is worth note that another Low is projected to form  along the Carolinas Tuesday night, and Wednesday. This one might ride up the coast and could produce some snow along the 95 corridor North of the Carolinas. More details need to come to light. But right now it is worth keeping in your sights.

Between now, and then, though enjoy some calm. Make some weekend plans. It's almost Friday……………………………
