Uber Increases Minimum Fare In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Uber, the popular service that connects riders to drivers through their app, has announced that starting on Monday the minimal fare will increase by 50 cents in Baltimore.

The company tells WJZ they are increasing the minimum fare from $5.00 to "serve both riders and drivers."

The changes take effect on March 28th.
