Baltimore City Council President Jack Young On Smokeless Tobacco Bans And The Presidents Cup

Jack Young is the Baltimore City Council President.

Council President Young joined Ed and Steve originally to talk about the tobacco issue facing our country but that issue among others were avoided.

The interview started with Steve asking Council President Young about smokeless tobacco being banned around the country and whether it could make its way to Baltimore, Council President Young said, "I haven't heard whether any members of the council are introducing that, but it's a possibility it could happen." When asked about his feelings on smokeless tobacco Council President Young said, "I don't have a feeling one way or the other as far as I'm concerned it's a personal choice, but if a council person introduced it, it would be a good conversation to have."

A few other issues were brought up to the Council President including the recent Ray Lewis video about black on black crime in many cities around America including Chicago and Baltimore, but the issues were avoided.
