Suspicious Package Shuts Down Woodrow Wilson Bridge

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A suspicious package briefly shuts down the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

Authorities were called to the scene around 8 p.m. Thursday.

After investigating a brown cardboard box with red wires and duct tape, the bomb squad found no threat.

The package was found on the inner loop in local lanes.
