WEATHER BLOG: Rainy Friday, Nice Weekend

Despite the clouds, we were able to make it into the mid 70s this afternoon. There isn't a lot of instability to work with this afternoon, but there can still be a thunderstorm around. There were already a few gusty t-storms in southern MD and on the E. Shore earlier. However, for the most part we will just be dealing with showers this evening and tonight with perhaps a rumble of thunder. Rainfall amounts will only average around 0.1-0.25 of an inch. Clouds will linger into tomorrow morning early with a stray shower around through late morning. After that, the weekend is looking very nice. Increasing sunshine and comfortable temps expected with breezy conditions by Saturday afternoon.
