Fox 45 Suspect Charged With Arson, Other Charges

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Criminal charges for the man who strapped a fake bomb to his chest and walked into the Fox 45 station on TV Hill.

Baltimore police are charging 25-year-old Alex Brizzi with arson, malicious burning, reckless endangerment and possession of a phony destruction device.

Police say he threatened to blow up the station if they did not air a video of himself ranting about the end of the world.

Officers shot Brizzi before arresting him.

He remains in the hospital in serious but stable condition.
