Radio Transmissions Detail Manhunt For Shooting Spree Suspect

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- For 22 hours police across the state searched for the serial shooting suspect.

Now, police radio transmissions are giving an inside look at the manhunt.

Meghan McCorkell has more.

The call goes out about a shooting outside High Point High school.

Police rush to the school after investigators say Eulalio Tordil opened fire, killing his estranged wife Gladys and injuring another man.

A massive manhunt begins for the Federal Protective Services officer who disappeared until the next morning, when he opened fired on three people.

Investigators say Tordil tried to carjack a 45-year old Malcom Winffel at the Westfield Montgomery Mall. She died after being shot by Tordil.

At 11:50 a.m. on Friday, miles away in the Giant parking lot, Claudina Molina is shot and killed in another carjacking attempt.

From radio transmissions, it's clear police worried about other potential shootings at high profile targets.
