Towson Lacrosse Coach Shawn Nadelen On His Team's Big Win Over Denver
Shawn Nadelen is the Head Coach of the Towson Tigers Men's Lacrosse team.
Coach Nadelen joined Ken and Steve to talk about his team's huge win over defending champion Denver in the NCAA Tournament.
Coach Nadelen started by talking about if he viewed the game as a big upset like the rest of the country did saying "obviously it was an exciting win for our guys, when you get into the tournament anybody can win and anybody can lose." As for the confidence level of his team going into the game and after the game Coach Nadelen said "I don't want to say we're overconfident but we are...we believe in each other, we care about each other and we're confident in what we can do."
Coach Nadelen also talked about his team having to play in a play-in game despite having a great record, and what they're using as motivation throughout the tournament.
