WEATHER BLOG: Thunderstorm Possible
A spotty thunderstorm will be possible this evening, but that threat will quickly diminish as we head into the overnight hours. It is setting up to be a very warm and muggy night. The average low temp for the time of year is around 61 degrees and we are forecast a low temp in the lower 70s. By Sunday, a cold front will push through during the morning hours. Behind that front, winds will really pick up, you can expect frequent wind gusts in the 30-35mph range. Those winds will filter in less humid air, but it will still remain warm with a forecast high temp around 90 degrees. cooler air will be ushered in to start the work week, allowing temps to turn more seasonable by Monday afternoon.
