Baltimore City 911 System Restored

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City's critical 911 system was down for more than an hour on Tuesday night. City officials say it is now back up and running, but questions remain about what went wrong.

Ava-joye Burnett has the latest on what's going on.

The system went down around 8:30 p.m. It came back at about 10:15 p.m.

City officials say they are still trying to figure out what happened. They will be monitoring everything to make sure 911 continues to work throughout the night.
