BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- A series of shootings that played out across Baltimore overnight left two men dead, another man seriously injured and a woman shot in the buttocks, authorities said Thursday.

He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Just ten minutes later, in East Baltimore, police arrived at the scene of a shooting in the 1200 block of Bonaparte Avenue and located a 23-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the buttocks. Paramedics rushed her to the hospital where, at last check, her condition was not known.

Officers started investigating a third shooting around midnight when hospital staff reported a 34-year-old man had walked in with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body, according to police. Due to the severity of his injuries, police were unable to obtain any information from the victim.

Around 4:30 a.m. Thursday, police investigating a shooting in the 6200 block of Fairdale Avenue discovered an 18-year-old man shot multiple times. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
