16-Year-Old Charged With Gaithersburg Man's Murder

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- Homicide detectives have arrested two teenage suspects for the murder of a Montgomery County man last month and two more suspects are still on the loose, authorities said Thursday.

Vanesa Alvarado, 19, and Juan Gutierrez-Vasquez, 16, both of Gaithersburg, are charged with first-degree murder after Christian Antonio Villagran-Morales, 18, was found dead at Malcolm King Park, located at 1200 West Side Drive, on June 17, according to police.

Police said Gutierrez-Vasquez is charged as an adult.

At an 11 a.m. news briefing Thursday, Montgomery County Police will identify two more suspects wanted in connection to the murder, the agency said in a news release.
