Coast Guard Assists Boaters After Sailboats Collide Near Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—No one was injured after two sailboats collided near Baltimore on Wednesday afternoon, Coast Guard officials said.
It happened around 2:40 p.m. in Bear Creek.
Coast Guard official say they responded after one of the boats started taking on water.
A crew aboard an 18-foot Cutter Boat-Medium from the Rankin assisted with dewatering efforts on one sailboat. The other sailboat suffered minor damage.
