Police believe Wade and Erb were involved in a drug transaction Thursday in the area of Aldworth and Edworth roads in Dundalk. When officers moved to stop both vehicles, they fled.

Erb, who was driving a white Kia, struck a detective standing next to an unmarked police vehicle. He was later taken into custody on an unrelated charge

Wade, driving a gray Honda Accord, was later seen getting into a dark colored vehicle, driven by English. That vehicle, a Honda Prelude, struck a detective attempting to stop it.

Officers later took both Wade and English into custody.

The injured officer struck by Wade and English was treated at Shock Trauma and released.

The officer struck by Erb only suffered minor injuries.
