1 Dead 2 Injured After Multiple Shootings In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) --- Baltimore Police are investigating three shootings, one of which left a person dead on Friday night.

Police say shots rang out before midnight in the 1300 block of West Lafayette Avenue.

Upon arrival to the scene, police discovered a 32-year-old male suffering from gun shot wounds.

The victim was transferred to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Less than two hours prior, police responded to reports of two other shootings that occurred only 20 minutes apart: one in 1000 block of Druid Hill Avenue and another in the 100 block of South Janey Street.

Both victims were 27-years-old males and were transferred to local hospitals for treatment.
