An Emotional Steve Smith Shares Why He's Ready To Come Back

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Steve Smith Sr. has been cleared to be back on the field with the Baltimore Ravens after tearing his achilles in November.

Smith met with the media and shared the main reasons why he felt it was time to come back and play.

"My wife, myself, Ozzie and Coach Harbaugh talked to me and told me to take as much time I want for me to decide when I come back. This organization gave me an opportunity, and when I got hurt I felt like I let those guys down in the locker room, so for me to come back and play, it's just showing that they can depend on me and to show these jacka**es that at 37 years old, I can still play," said Smith.
