BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The speed of wide receiver Mike Wallace has never been a question.
During the season opener at M & T Bank Stadium, Wallace showed Baltimore fans just why the team wanted the former Steelers player when he connected with Flacco for his longest reception since 2012.
Not only did Wallace score a touchdown that determined the game which ended 13-7, but he clocked in a top speed of 27 miles per hour. To put that in perspective, the fastest man in the world, Olympian Usain Bolt has been clocked at just over 29 mph during his 100 m dash.
That’s really fast. Think Wallace can top that again this Sunday?
