Clifton Brown Says Ravens Are 'Least Respected 2-0 Team'
Clifton Brown from Comcast Sports Net joins the Norris and Long Show to recap the Ravens' Week 2 win over the Browns. Clifton comes right out and says it, "I'd say right now the Ravens are the least respected 2-0 team."
One topic of discussion following the win was the Ravens' run game. The scheme he says is there, but the issue is the Ravens are not executing it right. "You have to win the battle up front, but so far the Ravens aren't doing that as much as they want to," he says. Brown goes on to talk about the Ravens decision to go for it on fourth down this early in the season.
We saw a big year from Kamar Aiken last year, but this year it's been tough for him. Clifton thinks he is the odd man out this season, and the Ravens need to find a way to get him the ball. Last year the Ravens were out of it by October, this year the early part of the schedule plays into their favor. Up next they face the Jaguars in Jacksonville, which isn't a guaranteed win, but one they should win.
