The Norris & Long Show Best Of - Week Of October 15th

This week's edition of the Norris & Long Show best of includes interviews with Ralph Russo of the Associated Press on the Top 25 college football rankings, and Ken Zalis of Fans Fantasy Football and Press Box gives out all the fantasy football advice you need and former NFL-er and Baltimore native Tavon Mason on his upcoming charity event.

RALPH RUSSO

Ralph started by talking about the Florida vs LSU game and how it needs to be rescheduled for the sake of the SEC standings saying "they're going to have to play this game I can't imagine they would allow this not to be played, both teams could conceivably win their division and this game could effect their division race."

When Ralph was asked about the embarrassment Michigan put on Rutgers over the weekend he said "I was there cause I was working on something on Jabrill Peppers, and Michigan really helped me out they basically put him on display in what was basically a tune-up game and a Heisman showcase...it was the most lopsided football game I have ever attended it felt like Michigan was playing with more players on the field."

And finally Ralph talked about Maryland's loss to Penn State saying "you know competition was going to catch up to them at some point and this was more of a statement about Penn State...this was Penn State trying to prove they're above the second tier Big Ten teams."

KEN ZALIS

Ken started by talking about Panthers quarterback Cam Newton and whether or not he will return to the line-up this week from his concussion problems saying "he is going to play he returned to practice yesterday so I think he's good to go...if you own Cam or Benjamin and Olsen they're playing the Saints so they're must plays."

When asked if any Giants receivers will be good plays against the Ravens on Sunday Ken said "which one isn't? I get it I have Eli Manning just outside of my top 12 but the way Jimmy Smith has been playing you have to like Odell Beckham...anybody who has gone against the number 2 or 3 corner for the Ravens has done well so you have to use Shepard or Cruz."
