I70 Eastbound Reopened After Repairs

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Good news for your morning commute if you take I-70 east bound: the Maryland Department of Transportation says repairs on the two right lanes between Ridge and Woodbine roads are complete -- and done early.

The road is already open to traffic. Crews removed several sections of damaged roadway and repaved the area.

The work was supposed to last until Monday morning, but it was completed about 24-hours early.
