Pope Hints At Openess To Married Catholic Priests
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- In an interview with German newspaper Die Zeit this week, Pope Francis hinted that he's open to married Catholic men becoming priests.
In his statements to the publication, he said the global shortage of priests is an "enormous problem" and that "voluntary celibacy is not the answer."
