16-Year-Old Charged As Adult In Attempted Murder Case
BALTIMORE (WJZ) - A teenager has been charged in connection to a shooting in Baltimore City.
Police say 16-year-old Staffon Spencer was arrested for shooting a 19-year-old male in the arm after a fight on May 8, 2017 in the 600 block of Laurens Street. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Spencer was arrested on Tuesday and taken to Central Booking where he has been charged as an adult for attempted first degree murder.
