Laffit Pincay Joins Sports With Coleman To Talk The Preakness

Laffit Pincay of NBC Sports joined Sports With Coleman to breakdown the upcoming 142nd running of the Preakness Stakes.

Always Dreaming will bid to win the second leg of the Triple Crown when the 2017 Preakness Stakes takes place at Pimlico this coming Saturday.

The winner of this year's Kentucky Derby is the betting favorite to win coming into the week at Even money. However, Classic Empire is sure to be a strong challenger after finishing fourth, despite being disrupted by a three-horse collision at Churchill Downs.

Lookin At Lee and Gunnevera are also considered contenders as the 11 horse field of the middle race in the Triple Crown series.

Pincay was asked what is the biggest challenge is for Always Dreaming coming into Saturday's race.

"How will a horse respond to the quick two-week turnaround," said Pincay.

Post time for the Preakness Stakes is approximately 6:45pm ET.
