BALTIMORE (WJZ) — WJZ FIRST WARNING WEATHER: Bob Turk & Meg McNamara
All severe thunderstorm watch and warning alerts, as well as all Flood Watches, have been canceled for the entire state of Maryland.
A strong line of storms pushed across Maryland moving northeast from late afternoon through early evening, with heavy rain and winds and even hail.
The storms were caused by a warm and moist environment, which created a lot of instability for the passing storm system and produced torrential downpours.
Stay with WJZ’s First Warning Weather team for the latest.
