Police Seek Public's Help To Find Missing Vulnerable Adult

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police are working to find a missing woman who is mentally challenged and hearing impaired.

Monchelle Pinder, 29, was last seen on Monday, in the 5600 block of Haddon Ave. She was wearing a purple hoodie and purple boots.

Pinder likes to frequent Security Square Mall in Baltimore County, according to police.
