Major Delays After Crash On Southbound JFX
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Baltimore City Department of Transportation is reporting major delays after a crash in the southbound left lane of Jones Falls Expressway, at the 28th St. exit.
They encourage drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
