11 Firefighters Injured Battling House Fire In Waldorf
WALDORF, Md. (WJZ) -- Firefighters are recovering after being injured during a fire in Waldorf.
Charles County Fire officials say the homeowners weren't home when the fire started on Chamberlin Court.
Eight firefighters were hurt when the roof collapsed. A ninth firefighter had a medical issue on the scene, and two more went to the hospital to be checked out after returning back to the station.
They all are expected to be okay.
