The Multi-millionaire lifestyle guru was convicted on charges of conspiracy, obstruction of justice and two counts of making false statements to federal investigators. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in jail. Stewart's stockbroker, Peter Bacanovic, was found guilty on the same counts, but cleared of a separate charge of making false documents. The jury of eight women and four men took a little over two days to reach their decision. Judge Miriam Cederbaum set sentencing for June 17.
