Baltimore Ravens Head Coach, John Harbaugh, is once again suggesting that “Redskins fans have their AFC team be the Ravens.”
Former NFL player Keion Carpenter joined Glenn and Bob to discuss the latest Johnny Manziel controversy and other news around the NFL.
One of the biggest roster questions other than cornerback for the Ravens is that of Right Tackle. Ricky Wagner has been getting the majority of first-team reps at the position, but nothing is set in stone just yet.
“[Harbaugh] said Ricky’s been solid, and solid comes before good, which comes before great. So Wagner isn’t good or great just yet, but he’s looking like he’ll win the job,” said Coleman.
“He’s probably in the top four players you cannot afford to lose. It just shows how valuable he is, because you saw how Dominique franks faired when replacing him,” said Wilson.
“The thing about the preseason is you just sort of want to survive and advance to games that matter,” Wilson added.
Although depth and injury problems have been a factor in the preseason for Baltimore, there have been a number of bright spots in the first two games.

I liked what I saw from the starting group on offense.
Some interesting things Kubiak said about Joe Flacco was that he thought Joe was faster on foot, which is good for the new offense. He also said that his arm is very strong and so accurate, despite the numbers this past season. It will be interesting to see what they do tonight.
WJZ-TV Sports Anchor Mark Viviano joined Glenn and Bob on Sports Rehab to preview the Ravens Preseason opener this Thursday night against the San Francisco 49ers.
Is Andy Dalton worth it though? According to Lapham, “Andy Dalton can win games with them. He averaged 10 wins a season. Doesn’t have the arm strength but he has good numbers.” Dalton’s game is more running than passing. With Dalton looking good what is going on with the other positions? The Bengals are looking good on defense but Lapham says that if there is anything to be worried about, it would be the offensive line. All the other positions all have great starters besides the o-line.
