Latest surface analysis shows high pressure centered over the Carolinas early this morning and a general ridge at the surface along much of the Eastern Seaboard.

Yesterday was a chilly day, with plenty of clouds and we only managed to get to 38 at BWI and 39 at Inner Harbor!
After a relatively nice day yesterday reaching a high of 42 at BWI-Marshall and 40 at Inner Harbor, things will continue to remain dry and seasonable to start our weekend.
