High pressure is providing us with some nice weather on this beautiful Friday. However, it is rather cool, especially in most areas outside the larger cities.
A line of showers and thunderstorms is accompanying a cold front across Maryland tonight. These storms are producing gusty winds and brief downpours, but have mainly been below severe criteria.
At least the weekend was nice, because looking into tomorrow and Tuesday, some rain and even some stronger thunderstorms are possible.
We will warm up again starting tomorrow. Expect highs in the mid 60s Sunday, then close to 70 Monday through Wednesday.
